Repair of Onkyo AV receiver

Does anyone know if Hwee Seng still performs repairs for Onkyo AV receiver? My left rear channel developed a distortion sound last night.

Try to swop the left speaker cable with the right speaker cable first..
Maybe it's the speaker that's having the issue.

Already done the swap from left to right and confirm that channel to be distorted. Even swap the center channel for that channel to confirm.

Likely the rear left kaput.

your using "Magico" Speaker's for HT with the onkyo?
guess the onkyo cant handle it n gave up..

Magico was driven by the Class A using AV bypass.

"Master Reset" can be Handy to clear up niggling issues...
but all settings will revert to factory settings..

No luck after the master reset. The distortion is still there. Any idea if Hwee Seng still repairs a Z820?

I did not send it to agent as mine was imported from Germany. A guy in CCK did the repair
