If I were you,  I would go for 1 big project screen. Sitting near is no l never the problem.  The nearer the better since we are already in UHD.

All count , the fact that human eyes are not looking straight but downward ( as we need to see and walk ) , No one sited straight upward and look straight to the Tv or center of the image ( Your neck will be the first unhappy ) and the fact is 70 percent of the image is the focus point of action …..
My screen is 200+” my head inline at the bottom of the screen 5m away the feel is just like watching a 100” plasma Tv at 3.5m just within weeks you will get use to it and find it to be small , i wanted to go 300 or even more, but is limited by the W not H ….just for record i nvr watch or use a Tv for the last 35 yrs…..

a beer Khaki commented that my wall can accommodate a 100 or slightly larger screen if I'm willing to splurge... however, he doesn't realize that the sitting distance will be a big issue.

Your wall can accommodate 150" screen.  You do better using the other wall....can do at least 120-130" plus your screen will block the window light...a dark man-cave!!  Plus using the longer length of the room make your system sound better.
