The benifits on this product is :

A) Mid Throw (require slightly shorter distance to obtain 100" 16:9 .
Compact size ideal for smaller rooms with low ceiling height . ( not claustropfobic ) .

B ) Using full glass lens better sharpness all round .

C) Having a 0.65 DMD chip set also helps in the sharpness / clarity more resolution better XPR processing .

D ) Instead of laser they opt to use LEDs light source ( same life spand as laser )

The projector has been in my test area , have been playing the colour settings and ISF mode . The colour is wide and black levels are deep . The images are very sharp from the new 0.65 DMD chip and full glass lens. The LED start up is very fast as i on and off to toggle between the type of source .

Those are looking for it , especially with a shorted room . You can get a bigger picture as the unit is a short throw version. Less than 3.3 meter can obtain 110" 16:9 ( can up grade screen at the same time )
