It is not the size. It's the links.

The first and successful one points to a mp4 file which you had attached to hifive.sg.
The second one points to TikTok with their site reference number.

Very different.

Hi Audio thanks for the reply. The 21044kb is also a mp4, I downloaded the above TikTok vdo into mp4 but when I tried to drop the vdo it'll start to upload but at the end it says - Oops! We ran into some problems.
