She is very calm but patient to a fault, a result of garment overhauls these past 20 years to provide enhanced service to the community and an implied understanding that complaints by the public will be strictly investigated and action taken.

Many garment institutions and departments have seen commendable levels of service these days.

So nothing to lose in holding your patience while garment will brook no-nonsense of abuses by members of the public towards them.

In this instance, there should be a policewoman around and the use of handphones to video public servants should be acted upon and not just advised and warned.

This should be a case study for efficiency by public officers as the incident is allowed to drag on for far too long.

It is not so much a cultural shock as taking advantage of the investigating officer.

We are seeing a bad eg of poor behahiour and to understand deeper we need to trace back to Deng period and 1980

when the ONE-child policy was implemented and an era of entitlement began of 4 grandparents dotting on 1 grandchild.

Pre-echo, which when this occurs, a (distorted) sound fragment can be heard 10 ms or so ahead of the real event, like an echo but before the main sound rather than after, hence the name. It is most commonly noticed with percussive sounds. The cause is similar to that of the blurring seen in JPEG-compressed images of line art or text.

Pre-echo can also occur as a result of print-through in tapes or inter-groove interference in vinyl. Yet for some reason, nobody ever calls mp3 "analogue like." Strange.

This is the most hilarious funny statement I came across the whole of today.

The extra 8 bits (from 16 to 24) are hiding within the least significant bit of the 16 bit recording.
