Created the old-time "loudness button" for the low volume background music listening during work hours.

Makes the music sound "fuller" at low volumes.




Two filters:

• Low Shelf Q +4dB @ 100Hz Q=0.71
• High Shelf Q +2dB @ 10kHz Q=0.71
