Will you sacrifice sound quality for cables that's easier to manage?

Space is a premium in Sg. Many of us suffer from backache everytime we change cables (unless u stay in properties like those in Ridout Road of course), unlike some in other countries who have the luxury to park their vehicles behind their hifi setup.

If you have a good cable that have given you great satisfaction in sound but it's a pain in the ass to connect and it restrict your other cables' placement or generally just pisses u off, will you give it up and get something else that is less satisfying in sound quality?

No way! Our journey of Love for HiFi is about Labour of Love for SQ and will always be so. Absolutely no compromise!

No, will not give up and use something else. Die die will use it, find ways and means to use it by hook or crook. The only reason to not use it, cannot afford 😬

Steady la bros. Hardcore Audiophile Class A+ 😁

I guess me too. Got rid of my inflexible python PC to get another but I went for those that have a good chance of out performing the inflexible python. Hopef😆

I would not compromise SQ for easy setup cables. Recently I have converted my speaker cables to thin silver cables. Broke some cables a few times during the process. I have to plug out and re-terminate these cables but the joy of listening to these silver cables is wonderful.

If I could afford a full loom of thin and manageable Crystal cables, which I, of course, can't afford, then both the sound quality and the ease of manageability are not mutually exclusive.

Unfortunately, the better sounding Crystal cables are ones that are thicker and has almost "impossible to twist" type of structure.
