Went to StarHub to explain many attempts made to call them were in vain because their lines were busy and my repeated calls were cut off because such calls exceeded their time. But none of their men call for appointment date and they said they will email today to the Installation Dept. concerned who will contact me.
That is the best they can do. When a consumer has subscribed he becomes a Captive and there is nothing one can do except to be at their mercy.
